Assistance to Career Starters Training

Under CSR, Pak Suzuki has a one-day training on “Career Planning & Career Development” for employees’ children, brothers and sisters; the session was successfully conducted on Friday 9th December 2022. The purpose of this session was to enhance the knowledge of participants about their Personality grooming, how to plan and choose their careers, etc. As a mentor Head of Corporate Planning provides relevant knowledge based on practical insight into the industry. Apart from training, a plant visit was also conducted for a live demonstration of automobile production processes; 5S and Kaizen sessions were also conducted. A total of 48 students attended this session; at the end of the training, participation certificates and gifts were distributed.
